7 Mindless Unhealthy Office Habits

There are a lot of things we do in our office without realizing what impact they can have on our health. Here are some such mindless office habits that are actually unhealthy for you:
1.    At times, there is so much work load and a person is getting late for office due to which he skips morning meals, without realizing what affect it could have on his body. Skipping breakfast is not at all healthy for body.
2.    Many of you might have the habit of doing more than one thing at the same time, and flaunting it. But, this is not a good thing for your health. As per a research, it is just a myth that multitasking increases the production.
3.    No matter how much work load you have in office, but never disturb your meals routine. Delaying lunch or eating it in odd hours affects your body.
4.    Many of us have a habit of leaning our face on our palm, touching eyes etc, but this is not healthy for us. It can bring bacteria on our body.
5.    All work and no play or no break makes a person dull. So, avoid continuous work and take break in between your tasks. No break can have a bad impact on your brain.
6.    If you have a sitting job then you must make it a point to stand, roam or walk for some time during the day. Sitting whole day can result into back and neck pain.
7.    Body postures matter a lot. You should never sit in cross leg posture for long time as it elevates blood pressure. Rather, you should sit straight, with your feet flat on the floor.
